We collect the information you choose to give us through our inquiry forms: typically your name, email address, phone number, company name and any project details you write. We also receive standard technical information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.
When you send us an inquiry you are asking us to get back to you, so we may reply by email, phone or text about that inquiry and any quote arising from it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any message or emailing builders@topframewindows.com.
3. How we use your information
To respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver quotes, fulfil and support orders, keep business and warranty records, and improve this website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking technologies, and it does not store anything in your browser.

We share what you give us only as far as needed to do what you asked:
- Form delivery. Our form provider transmits submissions from this site to our email inbox.
- Hosting. Our hosting provider stores and serves this website.
- Manufacturing and installation partners. Project measurements and specifications needed to produce or install your order.
- Legal. Where required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. International transfers
Some of our manufacturing partners are located outside the United States. Where an order is produced abroad, the project information needed to build it is transferred to that partner for that purpose only. We ask our partners to protect the information and to use it solely to fulfil the order.
7. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the size of our business, including encrypted transmission of form submissions. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send payment card details or government identification numbers through the inquiry form.
8. Data retention
We keep inquiry and order information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and for our legitimate business, warranty and legal record-keeping needs, then delete it or stop associating it with you.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
- correct inaccuracies in it;
- ask us to delete it;
- obtain it in a portable format; and

If we decline your request you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will review the appeal and explain the outcome in writing. Texas residents who are not satisfied with the result of an appeal may contact the Office of the Texas Attorney General.
Exercising these rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
10. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because this site runs no tracking or advertising technology, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We honour those signals by default simply by not collecting that data in the first place.
11. Children’s privacy
This site is meant for people doing business with us and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, email builders@topframewindows.com and we will delete it.
