Common questions

Questions homeowners and builders ask us

Do you install, or only supply?

Both, depending on the job. We coordinate installation through our network of vetted installation partners. On multi-building developments, ground-up commercial builds and large retrofit programs we manage the installation for you, with one schedule and one point of contact. On single-building work, tenant improvements and smaller retrofits we usually supply the product and connect you with a vetted installer, or work with your own glazing sub.

Can you meet impact, acoustic or thermal performance specs?

On select systems. Impact-rated, acoustic and thermal packages are specified per project rather than pulled from a fixed catalogue. Send us the performance section of the spec and we will tell you what we can hit and where a substitution would be needed.

What lead times should we plan around?

Standard finishes typically run 6–8 weeks from purchase order. Custom finishes, impact packages and unusual sizes extend that. The ship date we confirm at PO is based on the factory's production schedule. We would rather quote a longer date we hold than a short one we miss.

Who is the point of contact once the order is placed?

One project manager, from takeoff review through delivery scheduling and final walkthrough. Not a call center and not a different name on every email.
