Doors built to the same standard as the windows beside them.
Multi-slide, bi-fold, pivot and commercial swing doors in thermally broken aluminum, specified alongside your window package so frames, finishes and sightlines actually match across the elevation.
The door range.

Multi-Slide & Lift-and-Slide
Large glazed panels that lift clear of their seals to glide, then drop back onto a compression seal when closed. Pocketing configurations available if planned early.

Bi-Fold Doors
Panels concertina to one or both sides for the maximum possible clear opening. The choice when the door will spend a lot of its life open.

Pivot Entry Doors
Oversized entry doors that rotate on a pivot rather than hanging off side hinges, which is what makes very large single leaves practical.

Glass-Lite Pivot Doors
The pivot format with a full glazed lite, for entrances that need to carry daylight into the hall behind them.

Commercial Swing Doors
Double swing entrance doors for commercial frontage, integrated into the storefront grid.
Specifying doors with the window package.
Ordering doors and windows from two suppliers is how elevations end up with two slightly different whites, two frame depths and two sets of sightlines that do not line up. Buying the envelope from one source is mostly about avoiding that, and about having one lead time and one point of accountability rather than two of each.
Doors carry the same 10-year transferable warranty as the windows, and go into the same itemized quote.

Questions homeowners and builders ask us
What does “lift and slide” actually mean?
Turning the handle lifts the whole panel a few millimeters off its seals before it moves. That is what lets a very heavy panel glide with one hand, and it is also why the door seals properly when closed, because the panel drops back down onto a compression seal instead of relying on brushes it has to slide past.
Can a multi-slide door disappear into the wall?
Yes, if the pocket is planned before the wall is framed. A pocketing multi-slide stacks inside the wall cavity so the opening is completely clear when open. It has to be designed in early. Retrofitting a pocket into a finished wall is usually not worth what it costs.
Bi-fold or multi-slide for a patio opening?
Bi-fold gives you the maximum clear opening, because the panels concertina to one or both sides. Multi-slide gives you the cleaner look when it is closed, since the panels sit in one flat plane rather than showing a stack of hinged stiles. If the door will spend most of its life shut, that usually points to multi-slide.
